Alloy wheel refurb - Loss of faith?
Discussion
Hi all,
Posted a while back about being unhappy with an alloy wheel refurbishment (https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&t=1737199&mid=431150) and after giving them repeated chances to fix their problems I've come to the point where I don't want them to continue with the work as they just don't seem to care or put the effort in.
In short, the work done on the faces isnt TOO bad but has some small imperfections. The one waffle plate they did is awful and doesn't fit in the wheel properly (They didn't when uncoated, but they were adamant they would once coated. I know..) and the barrel were diamond cut by them without asking me beforehand.
The wheels have been paid for, unfortunately.
At what point is it fair to pull the loss of faith card even if the company is offering to fix the problem (for the nth time)?
