Right, I bought a 2014 BMW M135i approved used from a dealer in Hull back in February.
Since getting it within 3 months it's had:

Non working air con - considering I was told it needed a service, relieving me of £80 in the process, and it was pressure tested, the gas all leaked out within 2 weeks and stopped again - after kicking up a little finally getting a condenser replaced.

Rattling exhaust on start up, getting steadily worse. Told that not bad enough to do anything with.

Steering knock coming from the rack, it was Checked and apparently was no an issue.

Drivers window regulator is clicking and is fault - just got approved to be repaired.

And tonight, it's developed yet another wonderful fault in that the boot doesn't close/open.

I'm sick of having a car with repeated, pretty serious faults considering it's a 30k, 18k car. I'm going to be ringing them tomorrow ideally with the mind of rejecting the car, with them either putting me into an alternative M135i, or returning my money.

Do I have any grounds for rejecting the car, or am I flogging a dead horse?

Used car has faults and dealer agrees to fix them (for free).... I think your chances are slim at best!
