PCN - timescales for issue

My OH has just called; she has been issued with a PCN for driving through a No Entry sign which clearly states Buses Only!!

Only thing is, the offence took place on the 4th April 2018. Is there a timescale in which a PCN has to be issued? I suspect not or if there is the council is probably within this otherwise it wouldn't have issued it.

Is the signage the 'flying motorcyle' one? What is the contravention code on the PCN?

I did this accidentally a few years ago. It was in London with lots of CCTV but luckily nothing came of it.

Upload a photo of the PCN along with any other evidence on Pepipoo and some of the experts on there will be able to help I'm sure.
