A very good friend of mine, who had a lovely collection of classic cars, sadly died. It was arranged that a number of us would drive these cars to the funeral and have them on display at the wake.
In a rush to get there I passed a police camera van doing about 45 in a thirty limit. The camera was definitely working because a couple of others got nips driving their daily drivers to the funeral.
Now then the car I was driving belongs to the friend who died,so the NIP will go to his address. So who can fill in the form telling who was driving? Is the executor legally responsible to do so? if the police discover the registered keeper has died will they just give up?
All this happened six weeks ago, what do you guys think will happen.
