Stopped at 115mph... 6pts already... What next?

Got a court summons to go to court in January. Was stopped by an unmarked car on a motorway. He has video evidence of me "bullying other cars out of lanes" and then stopped me at a GPS recorded speed of 116mph on his camera...

I already have 6 points. I'm 24.

Am I getting banned and for how long?

I'd say that driving is not for you.

If you're lucky, a 6 month ban for "totting up".

However, it sounds like they may have sufficient evidence for an offence more serious than just speeding - does the summons show DWDCA or Dangerous Driving?

What did he say you were being reported for? The summons may end up for something else but it's a good starting point. 116, on speed alone, even with a clean licence has a very good chance of a ban.
To mitigate it down and if you really need your licence then this is probably one for a specialist lawyer.

Read the OP. He said the police have evidence of him 'bullying' other vehicles. This doesn't seem to be a simple speeding issue.

Exactly.... I'm not going to apologise for some prat who should of learnt from his first 6 points especially when they say I was traveling 100mph+ bullying other road users out the way.

I love cars, I love the sense of speed, Ive had some reasonably fast cars which meant i have inbuilt self preservation for continuing driving .....

I’m not a solicitor but when I was caught doing almost double the speed limit through a 30 (roadworks dual carriageway) I was advised to mention how I have to drive to and from work at unsociable hours so no other way to get to work by public transport as they can’t impose hardship if it means you will not be able to work. Not sure how true it is but I didn’t get a ban but a pretty big fine. (£600 plus 6 points)

It isn't true. They can impose whatever hardship they like.

You can put it forward in mitigation but these days they're more likely to listen if it is someone else who will suffer the hardship. If it's your own hardship, they may see it that that's just tough luck.

That wasn't the question though. He didn't asked to be judged by a baytng mob. He asked a perfectly clear question. I wasn't there, neither was anyone else other than the op and plod.
