While she was getting in the car. Straight over both feet.

Regardless of how stupid I am/feel, if her foot is broken does anyone know if it's worth putting an insurance claim in or not?

Look on the bright side. She can't run after you or give you a kick up the Bishop Brennan.

Do the insurance company provide courtesy in-laws while the broken one is repaired.

I thought was going to be either a
Parking in gear thread
Or an
Electronic Parking brake thread.

Very disappointed.

I’d be more concerned about your wife putting in a claim on your life insurance.

You’ll be paying for this for the rest of your (short) life. smile

The serious answer is that she needs to get a solicitor and then make an injury claim against you (and thus your insurers). She's entitled to compensation for her injuries. Does she work, is there loss of earnings also?

Cheers. Nothings even been suggestedtretail but if it was a sizable figure I'd mention it to her to claim! No point if it's a grands worth or something. XRay done but no results yet.

Much depends on what she does for a living? also, any expected long term effects. But a broken foot or toes would be worth more than a grand probably about £2500 as a starting point. A huge amount more if she's a professional dancer who's left with permanent damage.
