Speeding ticket on M25 between Jnct 14-15

Hi Everyone,
Not a good day for me today, I got the Surrey Police NIP letter for the driver identification, as it was on my subconscious something flashed on M25 Jnct 14-15 near Poyle, 12 days back whereas speed is 70mph but displayed was 50 and I was doing 60 mph.
So my query is I already had 3 points in license way back in Nov-2017 for SP30 and they didn't offer for the speed awareness course because speed was marginally high. Also, I haven't attended any speed awareness course in the past 3 years backdated to FEB-19. I have identified myself as driver and speed is within the criteria of exceeding speed from variable speed limit i.e. 50mph and driven at 60mph.
So how likely I would be offered for the speed awareness course from Surrey police based on the criteria above? It will be bad for adding 3 more points (total 6 points) which will increase the insurance cost too. Bit worried on this.

I have called the Surrey police, they said they don't look for the previous points. Main criteria if the driver has been offered for the course in past 3 years, admit that you were the driver: yes with license and filled the S172 form (within 14 days) and speed is within awareness course max speed could be 64mph but I was doing 60mph

ks. If your speed is within whatever criteria is being applied and you have not done, in this case, a motorway speed awareness course in the previous 3 years you should be offered one.

I'm waiting for something for the same thing, in the same place, about 7 days back.
Wasn't paying enough attention to the gantry, was far more interested in what was in front of me.

You can't suggest that you want to do a Speed Awareness Course if you are eligible to attend the course you will be notified by the police. The criteria operated by each Police Force in relation to attending SACs differs slightly. The following are the guidelines operated by one police force:
You have admitted to being the driver of the vehicle at the time of the alleged offence and returned the documentation within the 28 day period calculated from the date the notice was sent to you.
No more than 12 weeks have elapsed since the date of the alleged offence.
There were no further offences committed at the time of the alleged offence.
You have not attended a speed awareness course within the 3 years prior to the current offence.
You were driving at a speed which qualifies as per the table below.
All speeds identified above are those shown on the speed device, speedometer or other detection devices

I’ve always found this odd. It’s a sodding great big illuminated sign.Then again, given the number of people driving through the lane closed symbols on the M6 the other night when they took it down to one lane, maybe it is harder than I think.

I made a point of doing 60 as I knew the camera was there.
It flashed.
The next gantry said 50.
Maybe I need glasses!!

27 yrs driving without points until 7 mths ago when I got 3 - it was fair, I got blase, was rushing home before me pizza got cold (for 30mtrs
on dual carriageway & not dangerous). The point of mentioning that is that it was a shock reminder to drive properly. And thats what I was doing when 2 mths later in November I got caught in this same place. Doing 73. Trying to keep up with the traffic.I'm pretty sure the reason I didn't see the gantry is that the low sun was just at the right angle it was reflecting off all the LEDs in the gantry. Made it difficult to see that the sign was on. Until you I got closer, just past the camera.

To be fair, the gantry probably was in front of you at some point, and maybe before you passed it 
No, I’m not perfect, and as someone who now only does 9k miles each year up in sleepy Suffolk, I’m dreading having to use the M25 at some point. How people put themselves through that misery every day is beyond my comprehension.
