Am I fked? I don't generally speed, but obviously did this time and got caught by the man in the van. I am not entitled to the SAC even though is my first offence. What can I expect fine wise and also how many points? Thanks

As your first sentence is correct then you must also know the answer to the question.

Fixed penalty.

Ignore the 'Summons' column as it has been replaced with 'SPJN'.

As above, too fast for a course but within the threshold for a £100 fixed penalty with 3 points.

I assumed he misread 43 as 33 hence he said 3 mpg over the limit.

41 is the cutoff for 3 points. It’ll be 4-6.

Blimey the rules are tough these days.

What happens if the offending is a drug dealer in his pumped AMG merc. Does he get fined 50%, 100% or 150% of his dole money.

You unfortunately missed the bit where it said "... and summoned to court." rolleyes Just pay up and it's 3 points and £100.
