that seems to be if you are filing a claim against someone else. The letter I had from them gave the site www.moneyclaim.gov.uk
Im on the beta site and still get this:

Email an acknowledgement of service (and your defence, if it's ready) to the Court and the Claimant. CCMCC are very slow at sorting things out and it's unlikely that the Claimant will go for default Judgment on the first available date - I don't work with parking firms, but in my industry we'd typically wait a good few days extra to avoid getting a Judgment prematurely.
The moment your response is uploaded to MCOL they won't be able to request Judgment as a bar will be put in place, so if you get on MCOL ahead of opening hours tomorrow you'll likely beat them to the punch too.
If they do get default Judgment, then you're going to be out of pocket your costs to get it set aside, but with evidence of attempted servce of the AOS/Defence, you'll almost certainly succeed - often even without a hearing when the application goes in immediately.
