Dangerous Driving

Probably the wrong place to ask this question.
A near neighbour, in her 40s with a recent E class Mercedes is driving recklessly around a housing estate on a daily basis. She has already hit 3 cars on seperate occasions and knocked over an elderly woman breaking her pelvis and shoulder.
Her driving style is to take 90 degree blind corners at speed with no concept of braking before the turn and as a consequence she is on the wrong side of the road when she comes out of the corner.
Other neighbours have spoken to her on a friendly basis but she shrugs and says she is busy, tough luck.
She has had a visit from the Police with regards to the pedestrian incident but that doesnt seem to have had any effect.
Some of my crazier neighbours want to take more positive action but I see that as just making more trouble, I am thinking that there is nothing much that can really be done.

She clearly thinks she'd too important...... Eventually she'll write it off, get a non-German car and start driving like a normal person again. Flip this story to "he" instead of "she" and "Audi" instead of "Mercedes", and it's pretty much the same story I experienced where I used to live.
Talking to them won't do any good and they'd argue blind with the law as well.
Hopefully she'll plant it into a lamppost soon and not kill anyone in the process
Chap round the corner from me bought (PCP? 
) an RS3 and was hitting the rev limiter in 1st and 2nd on my residential road. I went and knocked on his door, flattered him with how potent his car was and asked him if he would slow down as it wasn't really safe way of driving in a residential street.
He is now rolling along at a sensible 20\25mph...so it can be done, just get your approach right.

In the meantime I'd agree that some discrete video evidence would be the way to go.
She sounds like a menace and needs dealing with.
