What's the crack for CCJs from parking fines if a PCN was never received? (from being sent to an old address despite the DVLA having the correct address)
Can they be disputed/ignored/removed?
Edit - to be clear, I apparently have 3 outstanding from 3 separate parking offences, which I would happily have paid but without being aware of them, I seem to be lumbered with a humungous amount of money to pay which obviously I don't want to be doing....
Edit 2 - I'm also very aware this would be the oldest excuse in the book but it's genuinely the case.

It will cost £255 for each one though, and there is no guarantee it will succeed without specific knowledge of the process.
Having moved addresses is hit or miss whether it will be set aside, as it depends on the reason it was served on the previous known address. If you didn't update the V5 details, the PPC can not be blamed for that.
You could look at each case though and find other reasons why it is not valid - you were a genuine user, failure to comply with POFA 2012 etc, throw as much in the application as you can and hope something sticks.

What happens if I can't afford to pay them? Again, I appreciate I've fallen foul of the parking regulations but the total is more money than I have available. I'll have to save up for several months to even be able to afford to pay one
