I would like to here the opinion of all those who are against fighting PPC invoices, to have a look at how rapacious Councils are
In this video if you were the driver of the second vehicle would you say that you 'did not give priority to the car coming up?
Bearing in mind that the camera view is telephoto and foreshortened
To help someone has measured the distance from the pinch point to the speed hump and it is about 37metres and in a 30mph limit

I've watched that a couple of times and can't really see what the issue is. The silver Hyundai (I think?) had to slow down for the speed bump so there was no impact to them.
Obviously a proper DCW would have floored it over the speed bump, leaned on the horn whilst epileptically shouting and pointing at their "camrah" and made the Honda reverse.

Saw this on pepipoo there h,ave been several caught at this honey trap
I have been looking through the legislation and cannot find anything that give a distance at which precendence comes into play
this is based on someone using dodgy camera work yo justify something that isn't there
ISTR that i read somewhere that precedence only occurs AT THE POINT of the notice, but using the general maxim
Did the actions by the driver cause the oncoming car to change speed,direction or course, the answer has to be NO. But at 65.00 a pop why should Lambeth use common sense?
It is also the same a YBJ, there have been many cases where a driver has been stationary within the box for as little as 5 sec YET the council send out a fine
Luckily at arbitration the adjudicator normally tells the Council to jog on under the grounds of 'de minimus'
Also even councils demands for money are flawed in the wording and have been thrown out when the driver appeals
Lets face it Beckhams brief charges thousands to get people off due to inaccuracies like this. The guys on pepipoo do it for free!!
