Many thanks to AGT for the motoring representation case

Some of you may remember me posting a thread titled "Urgent advice needed" under a username Captainhook.
The background of the story:
1) Brother received NIP, asks me about whether it was me driving at time.
2) I told him absolutely not, he fills out my details anyway without my consent using a variant of my mothers address but not quite the correct one as address he uses is for a different road opposite mothers house.
3) I receive paperwork, respond stating that I don't recall being driver at the time please send photographic pictures.
4) I don't hear anything back after writing to them stating pictures are not clear, do they have anything of better resolution to help name driver, no response
5) Found out a few months later I was convicted of Failure to Provide Driver Details / Furnish Information fined £500
6) Did a statutory declaration
7) Day before Sat Dec posted on here asking for advice what to do and pretty much provided a background story how brother filled in my details without my consent having told him it was not behind the wheel at the time, him filling the address part completely wrong, asked advice whether plead guilty or not guilty, unsure to what to do, stated I might just go guilty to get it over and done with to avoid further harsher punishment at trial if convicted... showed a picture of the van police provided in request of photographic evidence
8) Forum responses is mixed, lots shouting PCOJ, someone on here or a number of persons perhaps serving officers, who have read the thread have reported to to Bedforshire police/ticket office
9) On the advice on a number of people in the thread, I wasted no time and got AGT to represent me
9) CPS/BEDS police try use all the messages in that thread as evidence to try and prove I'm guilty
10) Court day: AGT manages to prevent CPS using messages I posted on being presented in court/At the commencement of the trial, the prosecution offered no evidence in connection with the speeding offence and that matter was dismissed.
11) CPS try and discredit me to make me out as a liar in a short grilling at court
12) Tried for failing to provide driver information. At the conclusion of the trial, the chairman of the bench announced that they believed I sent a second letter in which I denied being the driver and referred the police to my brother. The charge was dismissed.
So thanks again to AGT and I hope to never be back before the courts again for any matter but should I do and be it speeding, I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
Not the best at getting my words out so I will try my best to respond accordingly if people have a found memory about this case. What a palava but I'm glad it's been put to bed, for good!

Failing to name the driver - Quashed
Yes i'm very bitter towards my brother in fact he did have to cheek to ask how it went, knowing what he did was wrong, I said I was convicted and given 6 points and a hefty fine you would of thought he would felt guilty because of this but he's selfish and all for himself, he doesn't care.
One thing I've learned about him he's certainlynot to be trusted and he'd do anyone over if he benefits him (money) as below..
Him and another brother of mines have started a new company after getting a small investment from a very wealthy individual who is essentially a billionaire, the other brother used to be top sales man for Phones4U in a certain region in the UK in their heyday before they went bust and top 10 for the company in the Country.. If he wasn't for him they would not go the investment because he (brother in relation to speeding farce) doesn't have any business acumen so he wouldn't of got the investment if he pitched the idea alone as he doesn't have any idea how to put together a business plan or is a figures man..
Anyway after they got the investment the selfish brother started to become big headed saying he is the CEO, majority shareholder etc, both of them have massive bust ups regarding the business because of his ego, he went as far as removing my other brother as company director from the business but the billionaire investor said he can't do that, if he wants him out of the business he has to buy him out the proper way.
Anyway that's a story for another day but you can see what a nasty individual this person is, karma will get him.

What a waste of police time trying to use messages on here.
If someone admits doing something on a forum that's one thing - but a lot of legwork to prove over a driving offence. If someone states a chain of events that shows no wrongdoing on their behalf and asks for advice how are they influencing the actual courts decision?

This is for this forum perhaps the most worrying. A lot of people on here put things up that I just wouldn't do, for the reason above.
. It's been said time and time again by people with actual experience of dealing with them that they are not your friend and will do anything to stitch you up. Just look at the dashcam/police lies thread for today's example. People need to stop being so gullible, stop "helping them with their enquiries" and absolutely do not post anything incriminating on this forum or anywhere else because as we've seen, they'll waste no time in screenshotting it all and try to have you charged/banged up.Lemming Train said:

holes here are the plod on this site that are going through people's posts looking for anything incriminating ("evidence gathering" as La Liga puts it ) and then snitch on them to try to get them convicted.
