Cooling off period - estate agent (Scotland)

Hi all

I will spare you the boring details but I signed up with an estate agent last week and am having a change of mind after being let down. The contract was signed at my home (I wasn't given a copy) last week. I have done some googling and it appears that I have a 14-day cooling off period but I'm not sure if this applies to Scotland.

Can anyone point me in the direction of the relevant legislation?

It's covered by The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which replaced the previous Distance Selling Regulations. The legislation covers England, Scotland and Wales.
