holding you phone in your hand, crime and according to a lot of people on here, 6 points isn't nearly enough for such a heinous crime where you could potentially cause someone behind you to end up delayed by 4 hours and 1 minute instead of just 4 hours if the traffic meraculously evaporated ahead of you.
But put the phone in a mount, tap away, even if the message takes you twice as long to write because its to damn fiddly, and you make someone 4 hours and 2 minutes late that's fine because what you are doing does not fall within an arbitrary definition outlined by someone who's probably never driven a car or used a phone let alone done the 2 together.

is that correct? Ring Highways England and ask if they have any Tonic for the situation at present?
