Yeah got a letter from G24 shortly after it happened - overstayed by a few mins on a 90 minute slot. There were signs etc.

I *think* i appealed at the time to the store but did not hear anything back from them (Email)

If it has gone from G24 to DRP it won't end up in court.

DRP can only pester you with letters - if you ignore them, they change the letterhead to Zenith Collections and add another £25 on to the original "debt".

Simple reply to DRP...

"The debt is denied as I do not believe that I can be held liable as keeper due to your clients non-compliance with POFA 2012.
Please refer the matter back to your client, and do not contact me again save for acknowledgement of this request"

Do this.

I had a literally identical letter, that Steve was helping me with.

I replied to ECP (euro car parks) and DRP with basically that letter.

Haven't heard back as of yet.
