A work colleague has 9 points already, he’s got a summons to appear at court , he’s looked on line and has another 3 points added before his court appearance, is this what happens now ?

The three before court...is that taking him to nine points or on nine and got another three and going to court already (don't think that's possible!).

Totting up ban for six months unless he can prove hardship.
