What do you reckon? Perhaps he meant 62 but "accidentally" wrote 52?

It reads in exactly the same may a lot of posts are made over at Pepipoo.
"I was done for 33 in a 30" and "I was only 2mph over the limit".

At which point the requests are made - please can you scan in the NIP, take out all of your personal details and post?
As we all still await proof of anyone receiving a NIP for less than 10%+2 (with the exception of that one floating around from about a decade ago).

Either the subject isn't bought back up, or they "correct themselves" with oh, I meant 35mph or I meant 57mph.
It's as if there is an attempt to garner additional sympathy because it was such a tiny margin.

The Daily Fail got this "news" story from his instagram post - SUCKERS! (I bet as per usual, they didn't bother checking any of the facts first for verification.)

If anyone knows Oliver Webb, tell him the PH posse are calling him out, and want to see proof of his ticket for 52mph in a 50 limit.

The only lane which is referred to by name in law is the "right-hand or offside lane".

People can call the other lanes whatever they want.

I imagine the offender was done for average speed violation. He was probably doing a higher speed at some point, but the average speed was the one that would stick.
