Help with points on licence

Recently i have noticed that there is the following points on my licence, ms90 x2, these are not mine, there is two people with
The same name and i have got his points, can get them off, been to court, sent letter to DVLA wont do anything about it
What can i do ? Blood pressure going through the roof

I was checking my driving licence to see if it was still clean, but my new employer needed a check code to see for themselves,
Have been to court twice to do stat declorations i was cleared both times, How can the DVLA keep doing this to me

I'm confused. Surely this is resolvable. If the courts have gone through the detail and you're still "guilty" then there is more to this.
- You have been to court to contest these charges are not yours
- The court has disagreed and done you anyway
- Somehow in between all of this it has transpired that "you" are actually banned?
To help, what're the timescales here? You mention that you had to give access to your new employer for them to verify you aren't banned or a dodgy driver.
You get offered a new job, you then get asked for a history check
You do this, check yourself and discover you are not clear and the reasons why are explained above.
You are now in a position that having been to court and supplied all of the identification you can you are STILL charged and banned for not supplying driver info? The last part alone raises suspicions.
Help us out in understanding this as it seems you are either not in full possession of the full facts or are looking for help in defending it. Have you no evidence of this other driver that has successfully framed you for these charges?
