Are Civil Courts still sitting?

Just that really. Are hearings and trials going ahead? Are the dates on directions still expected to be adhered to?

Yes and no.
I have a relative who works for the courts apparently criminal has been cancelled but civil still live.
However next case due to start 2 April no papers posted none of the usual activity preparing for the case.
They are still attending work but public spaces closed.
So looks likely but not definite.
Sorry can’t be more helpful but that’s the situation today

I know that no new jury trials were going ahead. Other than that, the HMCS website didn’t provide any further information.
