Agricultural vehicle

I have a SXS classed as an agricultural vehicle, used mainly for agricultural pursuits. It only has 2 seats in the front, and then a topper behind the cab. On the fields, my daughter will strap into the normal seats and come with me, but she always wants to come with me on the road if I go to another farm, shooting etc.
My question for the label eagles here is - as a 3 year old, in the cars I have car seats, and she is confined to the rear seats. Since this vehicle only has a front row, for her to go on the road, do I need a car seat for her (which would not really fit properly due to the flat bench style of the seating) or, as an agricultural vehicle only used as an occasional road vehicle, is it exempt from the car seat rule. I think she is safer using the actual vehicles seat belt, given the low sides of the vehicle, as she is still below the height of the doors, whereas in a car seat, she would actually be sat at a higher level than the top of the door, and in my opinion, more precarious?

Hmmm....Pretty much broke all of those laws on children and agricultural machinery back in the 70's with my Dad when he worked on the farm (I think there was a general feeling that children were easily replaceable back then! https://www.hse.gov.uk/agriculture/topics/children...

I may check it out while out for a bike ride later. The head clerk at my old chambers has a 1957 tractor, and I have a dairy farmer friend who has a vast collection of tractors ancient and modern, so I can tap those two up for socially distanced tyre kicking and teeth sucking advice. I have just missed out on an Austin Princess that I meant to buy in honour of my departed dad, who used to take me to and from university in his one, so I could always buy something that goes about as fast as a Princess.
