buy a handful and read them all. Will give you a good picture of what to expect along the way.

I've been through it - asked for others' experience at the time.

What this proved is that every single case is different and it depends where in the country you are and who hears your case as to what's reasonable/required etc - so the experience of the rest of us will be largely irrelevant.

Tell the truth and don't get too hung up on minor stuff would be my advice.
