Without reading the agreement, I suspect we are going to be a bit stuck giving any advice. Have you read it? Does it say anything to cover it?

You need to read the contract carefully. Home in on the parts about maintenance, what is and isn’t included. Also check for anything relating to the initial fitting of the panels. Have they been fitted correctly wrt position, distance from gutters, valleys, apex etc. Does the fitting correspond to specifications laid out when the contract was initially made? Do they conform to building regulations and planning, electrical (if any) that were in force at the time?

Gutter clearance on houses is standard maintenance that ideally should be done yearly, what possible responsibility can you think the Solar panel installers have if normal maintenance hasn't been carried out??

Same problem, couple of doors away they feed the f&*(king things. I don't do ladders but my neighbour does, so we get together every three months and do our gutters. I paid for a random roofer to cable tie chicken wire underneath my panels, and as a result I have much less grief generally. My neighbour has nesting issues, way more debris as a result, plus I have a water pistol and plenty of tennis balls, they see me, they fly off as they know what's coming.

Looked at air pistols a few times but I guarantee my neighbours would get upset, can't even shoot them on my allotment (90 year old lady plot neighbour was ex marksman and got a police visit a few years ago for doing just that). Am aware it's illegal before somebody points it out.

Would not even have thought of chasing the solar panel company for assistance.
