Received a SJPN dated 8 days before the time was up for doing 94 in a van on a dual carriageway where the limit for a van is 60. The charge code is RR84203.

If I plead guilty by letter, does anyone have any experience of how long the process takes for getting your licence back? The reason I ask is that I have a holiday booked with a hire car at the end of July and It is now looking like we will be able to go, but this has come up.

If they respond with a summons to court ho OK w likely is it that I will incur a ban.

I currently have a clean licence.

Thanks for the response. I had been on that site about this but missed this calculator. Think a ban would be too tough as I have good mitigating circumstances and the copper has tried to make it look worse than it actually was In his statement, which I will point out.

Anyone aware on time scales on this?

Ignore anything on that website. Written by an IT nerd pretending to be a solicitor and, incredibly, charging gullible idiots for legal advice!
