Release from prison

Can anyone tell me if there is any public record of when someone has been released from prison ? The individual I am interested in is coming up to half way through their sentence, which is AIUI the earliest possible date.

Simple answer No.

You may be informed if you have actively been engaged by Victim Liasion Units.

Depending on the sentence there are other earlier release points - Covid HDC, HDC (HDC = Home Detention Curfew) and sometimes one or two month early in some sentences.

Edit to add. Sometimes you can see people outside of prison and they can also be Release On Temporary Licence which can be day releases or overnight/weekend/or longer releases.
