Accused of having a wee

How do we stand with this, we paid for a 1 day course and drove to it this morning (2 of us). It was a fair drive and when we got to the car park there was a panoramic view, I went to the fence at the end of the car park to have a look and then the next minute a mad woman is hanging out of a window in the houses opposite calling me a tramp, I basically told her to f
k off and then 5 minutes later the bloke from the course tells us we are banned from the course and can't come in.
No evidence of anything, is this some sort of scam or what. I've rung them up and the basically son't want to know. Are we going to have to go through court, my mate is trying to do a charge back with the bank as we speak but it doesn't sound like its going well.

Why do you struggle to interact with people so much? I can’t imagine many places letting you in after swearing at staff.

I didn't swear at any staff, it was the woman hanging out of the window in a row of houses opposite, she obviously phoned the test centre because I gave her a bit of stick back and she didn't like it. Who hangs out of a bedroom window anyway screaming at passers by.
People who can see someone urinating in a public place near their home?First of all were you actually having a waz or not? people don't normally pull over in a random layby to check out a view on the way to a training course.
On the course cancellation/non-refund the questions are:
1) was it booked by an individual or a company?
2) what does the contract for the training course say re. conduct or cancellation?

If you came to my place of business, regardless of who started it, I wouldn't want you there if you were shouting and swearing at someone across the road.
Learn to walk away.
Don’t waste too much time. Give them crap reviews as stated. Then either
Write and ask for your money back. Ask for compensation for your time at your standard rates plus your motoring costs. When they ignore it send a letter before action and later file something via small claims. They probably won’t even turn up.
Or just forget it.
