I used to exercise on burton hills daily and can tell you that there are some very dangerous hidden drop-offs and it's generally dangerous ground for anything faster than running. I've had to call in the air ambulance once due to a cyclist not seeing the ground infront of her.

It could be a genuine mistake on the drivers part too.

BTW it's also a popular dogging site if any PH'ers are interested (think it used to be tuesdays)

I doubt it was a "genuine mistake".

I know the Park too and it isn't an off-roading venue as far as I am aware. You would need some proper off-road capacity in the LR/RR type of class to venture off the roads.

From the single 'upside down' photo I cant see anything illegal or dodgy about his tinted windows. It appears only windows rear of the B pillar are tinted.

My car and my wife's car came from the factory with windows behind the B pillar being tinted, and in the case of my wife's car they are practically 'limo tint black', yet from the inside you can see out perfectly fine and it barely looks any different to looking out of the front windows.

Tints are extremely beneficial for privacy and for stopping such a build up of heat in the car on warmer days. They also stop a lot of that annoying 'flickering' of bright sunlight as you drive past trees/buildings etc that are intermittently blocking the sun.
