We have a car that look pretty beat up and hasn't moved for a while on our estate. Anyone got an idea on how we can see whether it is abandoned or similar and then have it removed?
Report it to the council. Round where I live they've removed several Polish/Romanian cars dumped. They leave a form on the window advising of intended removal, then after a time (30 days I think) it gets scrapped
