i don't believe he should be arrest but if if is taking PCs information from social media and plastering it everywhere, then yes i would say that is harassment. I think some of the types of people may have mental health issues, as they obsess over this stuff.

They’ll be lucky I suspect to find anywhere where the police are better but they can try.

where do these people get the time, i find you treat people as human beings you then don't find yourself in these situations, nor searching for Police info which is dangerous IMO

I do see things from two viewpoints when I watch some of the auditor vids.

There are those that are harassed (a term I appreciate is open to interpretation) for filming in public which is by and large perfectly legal.

Then there are those who send or post vids in and are clearly being harassed because they are scrotes.

Play the Auditor drinking game, one shot for each of the following:

'Current climate'
'World events'
'Who are you with'
'Suspicious activity'
'Am I being detained'
'I just need your name'

Each interview and the facts in question are different. Sometimes no comment can be a good tactic.

Yes. It's terrible advice. The article, I mean. That video (about the US) may be right in the US.

Sometimes it's appropriate to give an account (if you need to raise a defence or want an out of court disposal).

Sometimes it's appropriate to 'no comment' (if the police have weak evidence or really strong evidence).

24 Hours in Police Custody, there was an episode where the defendents strategy was to no comment until evidence provided then issue statement. In his case he got off, when there was evidence buy without him saying anything made the case weak.
