Anyone necessity to ensure efficient running of (empty) busses or another way to recoup some cash along with the extended Congestion Charge hours?

I live on the A21 between Bromley and Lewisham. All of the bus lanes which were previously only in operation at certain times are now “at all times”. The traffic is now absolutely awful. It’s a car park outside my house for long periods of the day.

Extra brake dust and emissions all round. fking idiots.
