Roadwork speed camera vans

Anyone seen these recently?

On a motorway, where a couple of lanes are shut overnight for some roadworks and there is a speed camera van located in the roadworks facing oncoming traffic, however they don't look like police force, more of a safety camera company.
I wondered if these were for the roadwork people obeying their 20mph speed limit or for people on the motorway where the speed is flashing in amber at 40mph, as one of the advisory type limits.

I have seen a few workers vans which are made to look like speed camera van parked in the working areas. They have a black square on one door to imitate the place where a camera would point through.

never seen a genuine one

We did this not so long ago - they measure the speed of site vehicles not motorway traffic.
