Puppy litter and COVID

In a few weeks have to get 12 pups to their new owners. Am in an extra regulation area. Does anyone either know or can point to anywhere I can get information on how to do this legally ?

Kennel club advice is that it is ok to meet in a garden providing I maintain social distancing.
However I am in a special lockdown area which prohibits meeting in a garden.
One option is to treat it as a ‘work’ exception but is that likely to be accepted ?

I guess it depends whether breeding puppies is a business for you, or a one-off litter from your pet.

If you are registered for part-time self employment with HMRC and declare the income on your tax return, then I don't see how anyone could argue against you delivering the puppies as a work exception.

This ^ . Also on the grounds of good animal welfare the pups should be in their new homes to be trained, jabbed, socialised etc
