Since then, she’s been arrested, charged with DWD and no insurance. Appeared at court on 6 November and RIC pending sentence at the Crown Court on 4 December.

I know what will happen, but I’ll let others have a guess first.

The remand in custody suggests that an immediate custodial sentence may be on the cards, but I have no idea how long the sentence might be.

I imagine a judge will take a pretty dim view of her complete contempt for the court and sentence appropriately?

It said that this was because of an accident which was her fault (driving the wrong way on a motorway sliproad) in which she was breathalysed and found under the limit and the other driver was found over the limit, although the accident was not his fault.

Anyone know what happened to him?

Are there language difficulties to mitigate?
Diplomatic immunity? ( unlikely!)
Chances of her leaving the country? Hence custody and no bail? No mention of surrender of passport.
No idea of sentencing guidelines so pointless guessing.

The DJ is reported as saying that the perp faces a custodial sentence, and the DJ remanded the driver in custody perhaps because of re-offending risk.

My guess: she’ll get a prison sentence which with guilty plea and usual good behaviour thing means most will be covered by the RIC time.....
I assume also a fine and extended ban
