Is it possible to get hold of a leasehold document?
Discussion
I'm struggling a little with getting answers from Google on this - is it possible to get hold of lease/freehold agreements for neighbouring properties from somewhere..?
Long story short we have an issue with a block of flats next door and never-ending rotation of for sale/let signs adjacent to us. Our lease specifically prohibits us putting them up yet we have to live with them within a few feet of our boundary (and out of sight of the flats they're actually advertising for). I'd like to see if their lease agreements have similar stipulations to ours.

You can obtain copies of the leases from the Land Registry website - https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-lan... There's no point obtaining more than one, as they'll almost certainly all be the same.
You need to look at the section in the lease entitled `Tenants' Covenants'. There may be two sets - one set with the landlord and one with the management company.
But even if there is a covenant prohibiting the display of agents' signs you have no legal rights to enforce it. All you could do is to contact the landlord / manco and ask them to enforce the covenant.
Manco's are often comprised of the individual leaseholders, so you're unlikely to get anywhere with them. and freeholders usually can't be bothered to enforce covenants unless they see an opportunity to extract payment, so even if they could stop it they'd probably choose to waive the covenant in return for a release fee.

I had a similar issue at some flats where I lived, they used to put up the signs at the front, directly in front of my flat.
The signs would go missing at night, ended up in the bin store, I counted over 30 signs, in the end there was no room for the bins.
