That's for the courts to decide, surely? I think you mean "duty of care though".
Who's posts are you concerned about? If it's a UK resident then make an anonymous report to their local firearms licensing department.
Edit; are these "worrying" posts worrying because you think there is a firearms or public safety issue or is it just someone who happens to have firearms but he has wacko conspiracy issues about Covid, 5G, and you've decided it means he'll shoot the street up?

If it’s either him threatening people or himself, then why don’t you do it?
If it’s just posting conspiracy wibble, then leave them to it, the worlds full of idiots.
I’ve once reported someone for worrisome gun related commentary. My son, while walking the dog about 30 yards in front of us encountered a grumpy bloke who threatened to shoot all of us before turning on his heel back to his house. He didn’t like the dog barking. He wasn’t armed. I reported him on the basis that he might actually have a shotgun cert, and it would be a bit depressing if we were the last people he talked to before going postal. Turned out he didn’t have a cert, didn’t have a shotgun, and was just a t

I’ve never seen anything remotely worrying on social media. I’ve seen a lot of incorrect stuff (you can/can’t do X), but nothing really worrying.

Taking yours as an example Vaud, if such a post came to light and it was deleted by the moderators on whatever social media platform hosted it , before it became general knowledge. Does that platform have a duty to report it, even if they were unsure of the validity of the post? And would /could there be legal repercussions for that platform if the post was actually enacted but no report was made?
