Money Claim Against Someone

Keeping a long story short, never done this before, but we need to make a claim against someone.

Anyone tell us which form / forms that we need to fill out and can these be down loaded ?

Don’t think of this as just a form filling exercise. You’re opening up a whole can of worms when you start Court proceedings.

Are you prepared the defend a counterclaim if the Defendant issues one? What if the counterclaim brings the matter into the Fast Track. Are you prepared to cover their costs?

If my experience is anything to go by ( some low life / lying scum bag was awarded money from me, without my knowledge and I received a ccj ) then we have every chance of success.

I havnt yet been able to get the bod in questions address. I know who he is employed by, can I use this on the form ?

Have you actually contacted the court where the judgement was registered, If you had no knowledge or correspondence about a claim, this would seem an obvious place to start

Yes, it was years ago.

Can I use the bods place of work ? as I havnt yet been able to find his address
