Does anyone know if the Cambs camera vans operate to the 10% +2mph system? Or are they more stringent?

Didn't see see the results of FoI questions on this some while ago and it looked like 10%+2 was used across England. It could always change in specific places or circumstances, but I'd be surprised for it to be lower than 10%+2

Yep, Bucks, Cambs and Herts, refused to declare their ‘tolerance’... Not particularly sporting..

It would seem a few have actually raised the threshold so that enforcement starts at 10%+3 but none lower

Were you on a pushbike? Cambs are very keen on cycling so may let you off if you were.

Not that I ever exceed the speed limit, however it maybe that after a slightly sweaty 14 days in 2019 I did not receive a nip after passing a camera van on a dual carriageway in Cambridgeshire when travelling at a speed that may or may not have been in region we are discussing. Hence my observation would be that your supposition is probably correct.
