What Charges for driver?

A couple of weekends back local to me there was a car accident close to midnight,sadly an 18yo female passenger was pronounced dead at scene, story here...

From what I have heard the driver is a provisional licence holder along with all other occupants,death by dangerous driving for the driver or somethng else?
In the past week the police have arrested two other drivers and charged them with causing death by dangerous driving, story here..

I have also heard one of the cars driven by the one of the other drivers captured everything on a dashcam

There's also the specific offence of "Causing death by driving while unlicensed and/or uninsured". They usually stick this one in as well as the death by dangerous.
