TuV laws in Europe, Advice please!

Hello, advice from Europeans wanted please!
I have a 1971 Triumph Toledo. I want to build a period circuit racer style car.
The only firm that provide lowering height adjustable shocks are Gaz. These are thought very highly of by everyone in the scene.
However i live in Finland where all parts must be TuV registered. These shocks are not.
I have to test my car every 4 years.
What happens if i buy and import these shocks?
Can i use them?
When i get tested they will likely ask for TuV certification and i will have to remove them.
So options are:
Cut my standard springs down
Buy shocks and take them out every four years for the test
Buy, fit, and hope no one minds.
Any other ideas?

A quick search would suggest that Gaz shocks are TUV certified.

Perhaps ask for a copy of the certificate (if one isn't already provided) when buying the shocks?
