Speed camera van with hatches shut

See photo. I went past this van possibly over the speed limit. Fair enough, but what is the yellow stickers where the hatches are normally open for the cameras? Thanks

Did you look back at it? Probably photographing oncoming traffic through a front hatch.

If the hatches were shut you're fine, they were either just arriving or about to leave.

They love that spot as the hill and slight curve conceal them somewhat. They also sit in the layby on the other side sniping at the downhill traffic, and they have another spot at the bottom of the hill heading towards Keswick.

The hatches were open when we drove past it at approx. 15:05. So must have been setting up or closing up shop when you passed.
