Feel like a right old fart yelling at a cloud here, around me there is a bellend on a Yamaha YZF with a loud, and I do mean loud, exhaust. Sounds like a massive fart tearing up and down the road outside my house, red lining most gears. He also filters dangerously, literally zero respect for any other road users.

Can I report said rider if I have a video of the rider overtaking or just report it as a general nuisance, or submit some noise complaint, or are the police likely to do nothing?

Probably think I'm being ridiculous but this tts been driving this way for years

I would too, especially if they have a number plate showing.

Round near us, it's the <125 sports rep bikes with zero exhaust that are more antisocial than the golf rs that zoom by: at least they're gone quickly.

If he’s riding the same road at the same time they might send someone out to look out for him. Joe Public reported someone I use to know for regularly crossing the solid whites on his way into work every morning and one morning there was a plain car out waiting for him and filming him doing it. He gave up bikes not long after that.

You dont even need a video- round here there was some tt with an obnoxiously loud exhaust doing a few laps of the local bypass and then through the village at 4/5 am ish most mornings.
After complaints, a few weeks ago the police waited for him, caught him doing 90 in a 40.

Easy win for the cops I would have thought if the mouthbreather has a pattern of behaviour, timings, place, etc.
