So last year I had a loan car and turned around in the college car park picking my daughter up.
I have received letters with the wrong house number so going to 1 not 21 for example.
I sent them back not known at this address but they have now issued a letter before claimed.
I can called and said this person does not live at number 1.
Anyone had this issue?

can they issue a cj for me at number 1 when i live at 21?I havent appealed as its the wrong house number.
I have called to saying i live and number 1 and i am concerned about the letters as not known at this address she said they should stop.
BW lady said they had got letters back but that doesn't stop them!
I also don't drive up the school drive as the college carpark is next door and the camera picks you up if you turn around!

i have never replied as me just sent the letter return to sender fred bloggs not known at this address.Today I called saying I live at number 1 and keep gettings letters for fred bloggs please stop and they said ok we will now.

it was a loan car for minor repair i have checked with the garage and they have the correct address on file so they say the garage say the parking company!I dont want a CCJ over 130 but they have the wrong address

yes but that assumes the parking company don't get the address wrong, i will have to answer to this i assume as the postman has now given it to me.Its at letter before claim.

The original claim was NOT 130 was it. Have they added on spurious fees as well.
IF they send any more letters to the wrong address , then complain to the ICO

They are saying £183 after claim

i dont know couldnt read the response from the hirer or typo by pc.What was shocking to me was that they acknowledged they had received not known letters but carry on.

Apologies if I'm missing something but what is the ticket actually for? I didn't think turning around in a college car park was something that you could get fined for (assuming you were allowed to enter the car park in the first place)?I have received letters with the wrong house number so going to 1 not 21 for example.
