The article doesn't mention any other infringements, just speeding. Indeed, it's a short piece with little detail, in a Bournemouth rag. For reasons pertaining to incompetence, I can't link it.
The outcome seems a bit bloody stringent on the face of it!

Address checks out on Google Maps as a nicely heeled suburb of Bournemouth and she was driving a Q7 at 50% above NSL.
Can't do the time, don't do the crime etc etc .... (yeah, I know, loads of us have done it, most of us try our best to keep a good look out).
Income related fine and 6 points, not really much to see here, happens all the time,
(I'm not condoning it, one hopes she learns an expensive lesson and keeps it under 3 figures in future).
