Quick Q for the legalistic blokes

Basically have crown courts opened up for cases such as evictions for breaches of tenancy on drug dealing or is there a backlog that these folk are exploiting?

I'm no 'legalistic bloke', but I understand that it is currently almost impossible to evict someone from a rented place due to bat-flu.....
