Queue jumping- driving without due care?

Title says it really.
Finally went to fill the bike (fuel light on: needed for work next week*) with traffic queuing nearly around a petrol station in a traffic island.
Just as I was getting into the entrance, a car a few cars back had cut in (where a road enters the traffic island)
Lots of hooting etc, but no fisticuffs or knives used.
Made me wonder: had it been captured on camera, would queue jumping constitute driving without due care and attention?
Scenarios given include cutting in front of a driver on a slip road, so a similar situation?

From the CPS charging guidelines:
... when other persons are inconvenienced by the manner of the defendant's driving ..
This offence is appropriate when the driving amounts to a clear act of incompetence, selfishness, impatience or aggressiveness in addition to some other inconvenience to road users. The following examples are typical of actions likely to be regarded as inconsiderate driving:
...misuse of any lane (including cycling lanes) to avoid queuing or gain some other advantage over other drivers

Is it true that you are not Daniel Anderson and did not write Improve your Social Skills?Also - does the size of the roundabout make a difference ? For example if you did turn left from the right lane by going round the roundabout to avoid a queue, but went out of sight for some time, who would know? On a small roundabout such as in the video posted above, it’s very obvious what the driver did as it’s in full view of everyone.
