Spanish speed cameras, and their access to our DVLA records

Just received my third speeding ticket today from the same camera in Spain that I didn’t see - all were under 8kmh over in an 80kmh stretch of virtual nowhere… the hire company passed on my details and they duly arrived here in the U.K. in time for me to pay with the 50% discount.
I’m not going to moan, because it’s their rules, I broke them, I’ve paid the total of €150 for all three, so with no points, it’s almost a win!
My question is - it is very likely I shall be taking a ferry to Spain in my little Honda, and helping a mate out for up to a month over there - be silly to hire a car for that time so taking mine. Should I get pinged again by a camera while over there, do the Spanish authorities have any right to get my details from DVLA now we’re a ‘third country’?
Being it’s the only time I would take the Honda over, what’s the chances of them being able to pursue a €50 ticket if they can’t get driver details as easily as they did from the hire company? I’d likely be home before any process was completed over there so would I need to be wary?
BTW I now know where that bloody camera is, and I’ll be back to the same area - won’t get caught again by that one

Ah well - nice (not) to see the EU wins again, they get to do us while their citizens get away with 3/5 of FA… just have to be careful, won’t I?
Here was mine, drove it about for 12 years, loads of fun, but living outside took its toll (Stag nice and warm in garage) so sold it on for restoration
I had a speeding ticket posted directly from Spain in 2020 as well. i paid it as we try and spend a couple of months there every year so didn't want any complications if I was ever stopped. By the time we had got home the 50% grace period was over but I explained that we were in the country for 2 months so had only just got the ticket when we got home and they let me pay the 50%.

I applied the same logic paying mine. Not worth hassle next time you arrive at a border. I don’t know if it’s just me, but the Spanish online fine payment system although adequate, wouldn’t send email receipts it said it would - had to access the system twice, first with 2 tickets, and one email address, and the second time with 1 ticket and an alternative one… neither time did it send any acknowledgment or receipt, and yes I checked every filter and spam/junk folder.
Being careful (paranoid) I did download and print the receipts direct from a not very obvious tab, as have heard of others getting problems at passport control over unpaid fines on the system and I wanted that safeguard in case their IT systems are as crap as ours - a receipt with the offence number on it is worth so much more than my protestations in terrible Spanish!

A few people I know don't bother paying them and throw them in the bin. Whilst the ticket goes to the keeper I don't think the foreign authorities have the power to demand a non EU citizen who the driver was at the time of the offence?
Brexit put a stop to it but I'm not sure if some sort of reciprocal arrangement has susbequently been agreed similar to Switzerland and EU member states.
