I was on the A102 heading south into the Blackwall tunnel following a coach doing about 20 mph, glanced down at satnav when I looked up I was just at a set of lights which were at red, I didn't even know there were lights there being a total stranger, I'm guessing the lights were at red a couple of seconds as just as I had gone through the traffic being held on my left started moving.

I'm not looking to avoid anything I went through a red light, what's done is done. Looking at google maps there are cameras on that junction but does anybody know if they are CCTV traffic monitoring or red light cameras.

As long as the car is registered to you, just give it 14 days (possibly + 1 or 2 days). If you don't receive anything then you are good.

I don't see the point in stressing, if something is on its way there is nothing you can do, so just wait an see.

If I have read this correctly you think you went through a red light a second or two before they changed to green.

If you were following a coach presumably that went through even more on red ?

Did you see the correct set of lights when you looked up.

I don't remember noticing any red light cameras there, just the usual ANPR and CCTV for monitoring the tunnel. You may have nothing to worry about smile

Not really stressing, just wanting to know if I can expect a nice envelope in the post.

There are 2 roads adjacent with their own lights, I'm sure the one I went through (on the RHS) was at red, and the traffic to my left started moving a second or so after I went through, I'm guessing the coach went through on amber and by the time it had cleared it was red.

Looking at google maps I thought that as well, but there are also pressure sensors just after the lights, that had me wondering, time will tell biggrin

There's no camera there and about half a second delay between them going red and the others green.
