There have been reports for the last couple on months now about screws and nails being found on the road and the general opinion is that it is deliberate.

The Police are taking an intrest but not sure how successful they’ll be.

I figured I’d start a thread here because there are a few PH’ers around and the more people publicise this moron’s activities the more likely the chance of them being caught, which may make them pack it in.

The road in question is Greenway, near Bishop’s Lydeard just over the railway bridge.

Access platform hirers are supposed to clean their kit before it is returned and the company is supposed to double check before they are collected and carried on the road. Frequently neither bother though and they can end up spreading fixings over miles.
