I've bought a new car and transferred my old private plate to the car, got the V5 10 days ago, but the websites for various charges (Tfl, Dart, parking) associate the reg with the old car. I checked the DVLA site and it has the correct details for the reg.
Is there a simple way of resolving this or do I need to contact each entity asking them to update the details.

(The Tfl site says that they get the vehicle info from DVLA, but that's no help)

I've tried removing the car from my accounts and adding a 'new vehicle' using the reg, but all of them have the old car details.

Help!

I've had issues after transferring plates with getting insurance quotes because databases seem to take an age to update, rather than straight away like at the DVLA. But for parking and toll charges etc, does it matter? All they are concerned with is charging the owner of the vehicle with that registration, So I wonder if the car model / make is that important. Do they cross check in case of cloning?

Send them a message with the details of the vehicle changes, including an observation that their database is not up to date compared to the DVLA. Ask for details of how often they update it.
You then have a trail to use in case of problems.

Thanks, I'll do that. I think they probably do rely on number plate recognition, but can do without any headaches if they notice that the car is no longer a black X5.
