Police CVFs

Is there anyone here who has an understanding of the CVFs used by the police?

I’ve tried reading the College of Policing document but it’s struggling to go in!

Any advice would be much appreciated!

I guess you are having an interview with one of the constabulary?

Even the CVF are use across every constabulary, each of them structure their interview differently

some will ask you to give examples of you previous work that showing you have share their value, some will have scenario set in the role you applying and how you tackle the issue and you have to demonstrate you are showing the value listed

the role you apply should have an description of how the CVF apply to your role

I have a fair bit of experience from my time in the police being interviewed and interviewing staff using the CVF so I can hopefully help. What role are you applying for? Is it as a joiner?
